River Specialists
River Specialists was created and owned by Bruce Cole. Bruce is a "true" hydrologist by degree and has thirteen years experience in water resources, stream and ecosystem restoration, and fluvial geomorphology. He has designed restoration projects and performed geomorphic assessments of natural and urbanized watersheds throughout Texas including sand beds as well as gravel bed streams.
Bruce also has a broad range of experience in regional water planning, water supply, water rights, storm water management, water quality, hydrologic, hydraulic, hydro-geologic, modeling and studies.
